Agniveer Trainees Complete Advanced Military Communication Training at Signal Center

JABALPUR, June 4, 2026 — The 1 Signal Training Centre recently conducted Exercise Sanchar Kendra to provide advanced, hands-on technical training to Agniveer linemen on modern communication infrastructure and high-tech fiber repair equipment.

During the specialized drill, trainees gained essential field experience in deploying communication networks aligned directly with the existing Network for Spectrum optical fiber cable maintenance framework.

The training program also introduced the young soldiers to emerging defense technologies, including advanced drone-assisted line laying techniques to improve speed and efficiency on the battlefield.The intensive practical exercise focused on upgrading the technical proficiency, confidence, and overall operational readiness of the participants.

By mastering these modern systems, the trainees are now equipped to execute critical communication tasks with high precision and reliability under challenging operational conditions.
