Indian Navy and security agencies conduct annual anti-hijack drill at Dabolim Airport
GOA May 30, 2026 :- The annual anti-hijack drill was conducted at Dabolim Airport at INS Hansa yesterday to test emergency response capabilities.
The comprehensive security exercise saw active participation from the Marine Commandos of the Indian Navy, the Central Industrial Security Force, the Goa State Police, local civil hospitals, and Indigo Airlines.
The successful joint exercise reaffirms the robust preparedness and seamless coordination among all security stakeholders and civil agencies to effectively counter any potential hijack situation and ensure the continuous safety and security of Dabolim Airport.
