Myanmar President arrives in Bodh Gaya to strengthen civilisational and spiritual ties with India

BODH GAYA, May 30, 2026 :- Myanmar President U Min Aung Hlaing arrived in Bodh Gaya to a warm welcome as part of an official visit aimed at strengthening civilisational and spiritual links between the two neighboring nations.

Bihar Governor Lieutenant General Syed Ata Hasnain (Retired) received the visiting dignitary upon his arrival at the airport.The high-profile visit underscores the robust historical, spiritual, and people-to-people ties that bind India and Myanmar.
