Lt Gen Anindya Sengupta GOC in C Central Command reviews operational preparedness along frontier
PANCHSHUL, May 29, 2026 — Central Command General Officer Commanding-in-Chief Lieutenant General Anindya Sengupta visited the forward high-altitude areas of the Panchshul Brigade to review operational preparedness and assess the security situation along the frontier.
During the visit, the GOC-in-C was briefed extensively on the prevailing operational environment, ongoing infrastructure development, logistics preparedness, and various measures undertaken to enhance surveillance, mobility, and response capabilities within the challenging high-altitude terrain.
