Indian Army conduct yoga sessions in Arunachal Pradesh and Manipur
IMPHAL, May 27, 2026 — Formations of the Spearhead Division and the Assam Rifles under the Spear Corps organized special yoga sessions across multiple locations in Northeast India.
The wellness camps were conducted at Sigar in Arunachal Pradesh, as well as in the Imphal West and Tengnoupal districts of Manipur.
The initiative aimed to promote physical fitness and mental resilience among the participants. The sessions saw active participation from troops, their families, and local children, highlighting the armed forces’ continued commitment to fostering holistic health and community well-being in the region.
