CISF personnel practice yoga at Shanti Stupa in Leh

LEH, May 27, 2026 — Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel deployed at the Aviation Security Group in Leh recently organized a yoga session near the iconic Buddha Statue at Shanti Stupa. The event was held as part of the 100-day countdown to the International Day of Yoga 2026.

Despite the demanding high-altitude terrain and severe weather conditions characteristic of the Ladakh region, the personnel actively participated in the session. They utilized the ancient practice to improve their physical stamina, enhance breathing efficiency, and boost mental focus.

The high turnout highlighted the ongoing focus within the force on maintaining physical fitness, personal resilience, and overall holistic health while serving in challenging environments.
