KISHTWAR April 4, 2026 — In response to deteriorating weather conditions and persistent rainfall across the region, the District Police Kishtwar has issued a comprehensive weather advisory and activated multiple 24/7 Control Rooms and Help Desks to ensure public safety.
With the threat of flash floods, landslides, and road blockages rising, all administrative sub-divisions have been placed on high alert. Dedicated police teams have been strategically deployed throughout the district to provide immediate assistance and manage any emergencies triggered by the adverse climate.
Authorities are strongly urging citizens, travelers, and pilgrims to exercise extreme caution and avoid unnecessary movement, particularly in vulnerable or high-risk zones.
