Agnibaaz Division Empowers Youth and Families Through Career and Skill Development Workshops

NASIRABAD, March 23, 2026 — In a dedicated effort to strengthen social foundations and build a “Future Ready” community, the Agnibaaz Division recently spearheaded a series of impactful outreach initiatives across Nasirabad and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar.

These programs, ranging from academic guidance to vocational creativity, were designed to foster self-reliance and provide local families and students with the tools necessary for long-term success.

At the Nasirabad Military Station, a comprehensive Career Guidance Workshop drew over 150 students and their parents from Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV), Army Public School (APS) Nasirabad, and Rashtriya Military School, Ajmer.

The session focused on helping young minds navigate the complexities of modern education by providing expert insights into stream selection and highlighting emerging career opportunities in a rapidly evolving job market.

By involving parents in the process, the initiative ensured a supportive ecosystem for students making critical life decisions.Parallel to the academic sessions, a vibrant Skill Development Workshop was organized for families at Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar.

This hands-on event focused on nurturing artistic talents through specialized training in painting, crafts, decoupage, and design. Beyond mere hobby-building, the workshop aimed to transform raw creative talent into tangible professional capabilities, boosting the confidence of participants and promoting a culture of self-reliance within the community.
