At the prestigious Transport Ticketing Global Awards 2026 held in London, the DMRC earned two Bronze Awards in the categories of “Best Passenger Experience Initiative” and “Best Smart Ticketing Programme” for operators handling over 500,000 daily journeys. The latter recognition was achieved in collaboration with Autope, highlighting the success of the metro’s seamless automated top-up and smart ticketing solutions.
