Assam Rifles Empowers Tripura Youth with Pre-Recruitment Training for SSC (GD) and Agniveer Success

RADHANAGAR, TRIPURA — The Radhanagar Battalion of the Assam Rifles has launched a comprehensive Pre-Recruitment Training programme aimed at preparing local youth for upcoming SSC (General Duty) and Agniveer recruitment rallies.

Designed to bridge the gap between aspiration and selection, the initiative provides candidates with a rigorous, structured daily routine modeled after military standards.

The curriculum includes intensive morning Physical Training (PT), specialized endurance drills, and mock physical tests to ensure participants meet the demanding fitness benchmarks required for enrollment in the Indian Armed Forces and Central Armed Police Forces.

Beyond physical conditioning, the programme places a heavy emphasis on academic preparation to help candidates clear the competitive written examinations. Experienced Education Staff Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) from the Assam Rifles conduct regular classes, providing expert guidance on the syllabus and exam-taking strategies.

This holistic approach has already yielded significant results; to date, the Radhanagar Battalion has facilitated over 100 successful selections in SSC (GD) and Agniveer recruitments.
