Cyber Security Excellence: Graduation Ceremony Held at MCTE Mhow

MHOW, March 17, 2026 — The Military College of Telecommunication Engineering (MCTE), Mhow, marked a significant milestone in digital defense today with the successful conclusion of the Basic Cyber Security Course.

The graduation ceremony honored a diverse group of officers from All Arms of the Indian Army and various Friendly Foreign Countries (FFCs), signifying a collective step forward in mastering the complexities of modern electronic warfare and data protection.Maj Gen Gautam Mahajan, SM, Deputy Commandant & Chief Instructor of MCTE, presided over the event, felicitating the graduating officers and presenting awards to those who demonstrated exceptional proficiency.

Highlighting the academic rigor of the program, Capt Suprateek Jha was adjudged the Best Student, receiving top honors for his outstanding performance throughout the curriculum.The course emphasized the transition of student officers into tech-savvy leaders.

In a move celebrating international defense cooperation, Foreign Officer Trainees from Chad, Kazakhstan, Mozambique, Peru, and Egypt were presented with the Indian Army Lapel Pin.
