Indian Army’s Bison Division Hosts Vital Healthcare and First Aid Workshop in Bengaluru
BENGALURU, KARNATAKA — March 15, 2026 — In a significant move toward enhancing medical preparedness and emergency response, the Bison Division of the Southern Command conducted a comprehensive Healthcare Awareness and First Aid Training Workshop in Bengaluru.
Organized in collaboration with the International Critical Care Air Transfer Team (ICATT), the initiative was designed to equip Indian Army personnel and their families with critical, life-saving skills. More than 400 participants took part in the intensive session, which featured hands-on training in essential emergency procedures, including Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and advanced first aid techniques.
By mastering these skills, the attendees are now better prepared to respond swiftly and effectively during medical crises where every second is vital.
