Massive Fire Guts Residential House in Baramulla’s Jalsheeri; Short Circuit Suspected

BARAMULLA, February 25, 2026 — A devastating fire broke out earlier today in the Jalsheeri area of Baramulla, resulting in the destruction of a residential property belonging to Fayaz Ahmad Dar. The blaze, which reportedly started around 12:00 PM, quickly intensified, causing at least one house to be completely gutted before emergency teams could intervene.
