Indian Army’s Gajraj Corps Prevents Major Fire Tragedy Near Shaitan Bridge in Arunachal Pradesh

DAHUNG, February 25, 2026 — In a display of rapid response and humanitarian commitment, the Indian Army’s Gajraj Corps successfully neutralized a massive fire incident near Shaitan Bridge in the Dahung region of Arunachal Pradesh.

The fire, which broke out in a high-risk area, began advancing rapidly toward civilian settlements in Thiring Pum village, located within the Singchung Circle.
