Two Pakistani Juveniles Re-Arrested in Ludhiana After Escaping from Juvenile home

JAMMU, Feb 17, 2026 — Two Pakistani nationals who staged a daring escape from a juvenile home in a Jammu border village were apprehended in Ludhiana, Punjab, within 24 hours of their disappearance.

The duo, identified as Mohammad Suna-ullah and Ahsan Anwar, reportedly fled the facility at approximately 5 pm on Monday after allegedly attacking and injuring two police personnel.

Following an intensive search operation, a dedicated police party tracked the pair to a village in Ludhiana, where they were successfully taken back into custody.

Despite the swift capture of the Pakistani nationals, authorities confirmed that a local gangster who escaped alongside them, Karajeet Singh (alias Gugga) of R S Pura, remains at large.

Police officials have intensified their search efforts and are conducting raids across the region to locate the fugitive. The incident has prompted a review of security protocols at the juvenile center following the violent nature of the breakout.
