DELHI CANTT | JANUARY 24, 2026 – Addressing the NCC Republic Day Camp, Raksha Mantri Rajnath Singh called upon the nation’s youth to remain physically, mentally, and emotionally resilient amidst global uncertainties. Highlighting the vital role of the youth in achieving the “Viksit Bharat” goal by 2047, he described cadets as the country’s “second line of defence”.
