New Indian Army ECHS polyclinic opens in Rourkela Odisha for veterans
ROURKELA, June 30, 2026 :- Under the aegis of Headquarters Madhya Bharat Area, Commander of Chhattisgarh and Odisha Sub Area Brigadier TS Bawa inaugurated a new Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme polyclinic in Rourkela.
This new facility fulfills a long-standing healthcare requirement for ex-servicemen and their dependents residing in western Odisha.The state-of-the-art facility is designed to bring comprehensive medical services directly to veterans and their families.
By offering advanced healthcare closer to home, the polyclinic ensures timely access to quality medical care while significantly minimizing the need for long-distance travel to older medical centers.
