NDRF and Mountain Rescue Team conduct joint mock exercise along Pahalgam route for Shri Amarnath ji Yatra

PAHALGAM, June 28, 2026:- The 13th Battalion of the National Disaster Response Force rescue team conducted a joint mock exercise with the Mountain Rescue Team of Jammu and Kashmir to practice specialized mountaineering rescue operations along the Pahalgam route.

The joint exercise was specifically organized to strengthen overall emergency preparedness, operational response, and inter-agency coordination for potential contingencies during the ongoing Shri Amarnath ji Yatra.
