GOC White Knight Corps reviews progress of Operation Sheruwali in Gambhir Mughlan
JAMMU, June 2, 2026— The General Officer Commanding of the White Knight Corps, accompanied by the General Officer Commanding of Counter Insurgency Force Romeo, visited the Gambhir Mughlan area to review the progress of the ongoing security offensive, Operation Sheruwali.
The visit provided an on-the-ground assessment of the operational situation, during which senior officers were briefed on the operational design, ongoing tactical actions, and sustainment measures. The leadership also evaluated the logistics framework established to support troops operating throughout the challenging terrain.
Following the briefing, the General Officer Commanding commended all ranks for their resilience, professionalism, and meticulous execution in pursuit of the mission’s objectives. Officials noted that high morale, unrelenting focus, and an ironclad resolve continue to drive the tactical operation forward in the hinterland.
