BSP Holds Key Meeting in Nagrota Block Dansal – Focus on Flood Relief, Organizational Strengthening, and Upcoming Elections Jammu
Dansal 20 September :- Under the chairmanship of Darshan Rana, President BSP J&K, a significant meeting of the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) was convened today to deliberate on crucial issues concerning the people of the region.The meeting was organized by Mohan Lal and witnessed active participation of several prominent leaders and workers, including Mangal Dass, Haji Shak Mohd, Madan Lal, Yash Paul Bhagat, Darshan Thapa, Girdhari Lal, Munshi Ram, and many others.A detailed review was conducted on strengthening the organization at the grassroots level. Leaders stressed the importance of energizing the party cadre and ensuring BSP’s strong presence in every Panchayat and Urban Local Body so that the mission of social justice and equality reaches every household.The meeting also focused on the recent devastation caused by floods in the region. Reports highlighting the severe damage were shared, and the party strongly demanded that the administration immediately release adequate funds for the relief and rehabilitation of affected families. It was resolved that BSP would stand firmly with the victims until justice and compensation are ensured.Another major agenda was the forthcoming Panchayat and Urban Local Body elections. Darshan Rana directed the party organization to remain fully prepared and to intensify outreach efforts among the people. He emphasized that BSP must carry its mission of social upliftment and equal rights to the grassroots and work tirelessly to secure the people’s support in the elections.Addressing the gathering, Darshan Rana said:“The people of Jammu and Kashmir, especially flood-affected families, cannot be left to suffer without support. BSP demands immediate release of relief funds and transparent distribution to the genuine victims. At the same time, our organization must gear up strongly to ensure BSP’s participation and victory in the upcoming Panchayat and ULB elections.”The meeting concluded with a strong resolve to carry forward the mission of BSP with unity, dedication, and committed service to the people.
