Drug Peddler arrested with Heroin in Tikri by Udhampur Police

Udhampur 18 September :- Police team from Police Post Tikri led by its ICPP during naka checking at Tikri naka point apprehended one person who was coming from Jammu towards Udhampur on foot Upon search, 5.21 grams of heroin-like narcotic substance was recovered from his possession.

The accused was arrested on the spot.The arrested person has been identified as Uttam Kumar Sharma @Babbu S/O Kartar Chand R/O Mand, A/P Subash Nagar, Udhampur.In this connection, a case FIR No. 143/2025 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Rehambal, and further investigation is underway.
