Indian Army Cricket Tournament in Ramban Sees Girls Take the Field

Ramban 16 September :- The Indian Army organised an Open Cricket Tournament in Gool that drew 16 Boys’ teams and, for the first time, two Girls’ teams. In a spirited match, Team Gool defeated Team Dharam, signalling a strong push for women’s participation in sports in the region.

Local people lauded the enthusiasm, noting that such events build discipline and confidence among youth while empowering girls to break barriers.
