VP Radhakrishnan Administers Oath to Newly Elected Rajya Sabha MPs from Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh

NEW DELHI, July 15, 2026: Vice President of India and Rajya Sabha Chairman C. P. Radhakrishnan administered the oath of office to two newly elected and re-elected Members of Parliament (MPs) at Parliament House today. The brief official ceremony marked the formal entry of the legislators into the Upper House of India’s Parliament.

The lawmakers taking their oaths included Mansoor Ali Khan, representing the Indian National Congress (INC) from Karnataka, and Rajneesh Kumar Agrawal, representing the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) from Madhya Pradesh. With their inductions complete, both representatives are set to begin their legislative duties and participate in the upcoming parliamentary proceedings.
