Akhnoor police bust alleged sex racket three arrested
AKHNOOR, JULY 4, 2026 :- The Akhnoor Police launched a major operation against immoral trafficking by raiding a house in Ward No. 2, Kashmiri Mohalla. The raid was conducted following credible intelligence inputs about an alleged sex racket operating out of the premises.
In connection with the raid, the police registered FIR No. 164/2026 at the Akhnoor Police Station under the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956. Three individuals were taken into custody during the operation.
Police officials confirmed that further investigations are underway to uncover the full scope of the illegal operations and to identify any other individuals linked to the racket.
The Akhnoor Police reiterated their commitment to cracking down on organized crime and urged citizens to continue sharing information regarding unlawful activities with the assurance of prompt action.
