TEZPUR, June 30, 2026:- The Indian Army Gajraj Corps successfully conducted Summer Camp 2026 under the theme Yuva Sashaktikaran se Saksham Nagrik to inspire and empower the youth to become responsible citizens and active contributors toward the national vision of Viksit Bharat by 2047.

Guided by a whole-of-society approach, the specialized camp brought together 122 young participants from military families, civil communities, and adopted villages for a unique, comprehensive learning experience.

The structured program provided the attendees with direct exposure to government institutions, citizen-centric services, welfare initiatives, military interactions, essential life-skills training, adventure activities, and environmental stewardship.

As part of the educational itinerary, the participants visited several nation-building institutions and organizations, including the district administration offices, civil hospitals, banks, post offices, police stations, a local airport, and regional industries.

The youth also visited Nameri National Park, which offered them valuable lessons in ecological sustainability, entrepreneurship, community participation, and nation-building.

Through these grassroots youth development initiatives, the Gajraj Corps continues to nurture informed, confident, and responsible young citizens who are committed to building a stronger, self-reliant, and more prosperous nation.
