Lt Gen Manjinder Singh relinquishes command of Sapta Shakti Command

JAIPUR, June 30, 2026 :- Army Commander of the Sapta Shakti Command Lieutenant General Manjinder Singh relinquished command today upon his superannuation, concluding an illustrious military career that spanned nearly four decades.

Before stepping down, the Army Commander paid homage to the fallen soldiers at the Prerna Sthal and reviewed a ceremonial Guard of Honour at the Jaipur Military Station.In his farewell message, he exhorted all ranks of the command to uphold their motto of Forever Victorious.

He also urged the personnel to continue striving for operational excellence, embrace modern innovation, and remain steadfast in their dedicated service to the nation.
