JAMMU, DECEMBER 24, 2025: J P World School marked a historic milestone today by celebrating its 20th Annual Day with immense grandeur, themed around “Rekindling the Yuletide Spirit.”
The event, which commemorated two decades of educational excellence, was graced by Chief Guest Satish Sharma, Cabinet Minister for Food, Civil Supplies, Transport, and Sports, alongside Chairperson Panna Manhas Choudhary. The celebration commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp and a significant landmark for the institution: the inauguration of a new school song that encapsulates the school’s 20-year journey and vision.
During her address, Panna Manhas Choudhary emphasized the necessity of value-based, holistic education, while Principal Aparana Kohli reflected on the school’s academic and co-curricular milestones, thanking the community for their unwavering support.The cultural program brought the Christmas spirit to life through a vibrant tapestry of soulful carols, theatrical acts like “The Elf Factory,” and moving scenes focused on social responsibility and kindness. A major highlight of the ceremony was the felicitation of national and international athletes, as well as esteemed alumni. The school community took immense pride in virtually connecting with alumna Seerat Baji, an IAS officer who secured AIR 516 in the UPSC 2023 examinations.
