Western Command Army Commander and Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann meet to strengthen civil military synergy

CHANDIGARH, May 14, 2026 — Western Army Commander Lt Gen Pushpendra Singh held a high-level meeting with Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann to discuss critical issues regarding civil-military synergy and regional security.

This marked the first official interaction between the two leaders since the Army Commander assumed his new role.
