Manipur IPS Officers Honored at SVP National Police Academy for Outstanding Performance

IMPHAL, July 18, 2026 — In a proud moment for the state’s law enforcement, the Manipur Police officially congratulated two of its premier women Indian Police Service (IPS) officers for their exceptional achievements at the national level. Dhanapiyari Devi Bishnulatpam, IPS (SP Prosecution), and Victoria Yengkhom, IPS (Assistant Director, MPTC), have been awarded High Achievement Certificates for their stellar performance during the 48th IPS Induction Training Course, held at the prestigious Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (SVPNPA) in Hyderabad.
