Kishtwar 14th August :- Rescue operations are underway in Chesoti, Kishtwar, following a devastating cloudburst that triggered flash floods and landslides in the region. Senior officials, including IGP Jammu and DIG DKR Range, are closely monitoring the search efforts, while teams from the Police, Army, State Disaster Response Force (SDRF), and District Administration are working on the ground.
Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Pankaj Sharma (KAS) and SSP Kishtwar Naresh Singh (JKPS) are leading the coordinated rescue mission to locate survivors and clear debris.
