Jammu Development: Deputy CM Surinder Choudhary Inspects PMGSY, JKPCC, and DIQC Offices

JAMMU JULY 06 :- In a major push for administrative accountability and infrastructure development, Jammu and Kashmir Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary conducted a series of surprise inspections across several key engineering offices in Jammu today. The high-profile visits targeted the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) office at Bikram Chowk, as well as the Jammu and Kashmir Projects Construction Corporation (JKPCC) and the Design Inspection and Quality Control (DIQC) offices located at Panama Chowk. During these evaluations, Choudhary meticulously reviewed the operational efficiency of the departments and assessed the progress of crucial ongoing developmental and road connectivity projects across the region.

Emphasizing that robust road connectivity is the backbone of Jammu’s socio-economic growth, the Deputy Chief Minister issued strict directives to engineering officials to eliminate project delays. Choudhary stressed that all public works must be completed within their stipulated timelines without compromising on quality standards.
