DHRANGADHRA, MAR 27: Strengthening the framework of military-civil fusion, the Golden Katar Division of the Konark Corps successfully executed a comprehensive Mutual Aid Scheme exercise at the Dhrangadhra Chemical Works Limited (DCW Ltd) plant.
