NEW DELHI, Jan 19: On the occasion of the 21st Raising Day of the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), General Upendra Dwivedi, Chief of the Army Staff (COAS), along with all ranks of the Indian Army, extended their heartiest congratulations and best wishes to the personnel of the force and their families.
