JAMMU, JANUARY 18: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha conducted a virtual review on Sunday of the ongoing development works at the Pachokhar Digital Library in Zamania, Ghazipur, an initiative dedicated to ‘Nari Shakti’ and rural empowerment.
Commending the project for its role in advancing the ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’ mission, he emphasized that education is the fundamental key to expanding opportunities and securing a brighter future for the next generation. He stated that it is a collective social responsibility to ensure no girl is denied access to learning and called for extended support for higher education.
Highlighting the transformative power of educated daughters, he observed that they are the primary carriers of progress who spark revolutions against social discrimination, fostering an inclusive society free from bias.
During the review, Manoj Sinha further underscored the critical importance of women’s economic empowerment in the modern world, noting that financial independence is essential for living a life of dignity. He advocated for the expansion of digital infrastructure like the Pachokhar Digital Library to other regions, enabling daughters to contribute confidently toward the national goal of a developed India.
