NAGROTA, JAN 18: The NCC Training Academy in Nagrota witnessed a powerful surge of patriotic energy today as Major General Anupinder Bevli, VSM, Additional Director General (ADG) of the NCC Directorate for Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh, visited the ongoing Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) Camp.
Accompanied by Brigadier D N Pandey, Group Commander of the Jammu NCC Group, the ADG engaged with Senior Division (SD) and Senior Wing (SW) cadets from the Rajasthan and JK&L Directorates.
The visit served as a significant morale booster for the young trainees, who were encouraged to draw from the General’s visionary leadership and extensive military experience.
During the event, Major General Bevli held a special interaction with the EXPA Team—mentors who are themselves former NCC cadets—praising their selfless dedication to teaching essential life skills and leadership.
He emphasized that curiosity and character are the fundamental pillars of excellence, labeling the cadets as the “torch bearers” responsible for building a united and progressive nation.
The day concluded at the firing range, where Junior Division (JD) and Junior Wing (JW) cadets impressed the senior leadership with their precision and focus. This fifth day of the EBSB-Jammu camp left a lasting impact, urging the youth to lead with integrity and wear their patriotism through meaningful actions.
