Bhaderwah Cable Car Project: Bids Invited for Mathola to Seoj Dhar Gondola DPR

BHADERWAH, January 7, 2026 :- In a significant boost to tourism infrastructure in the Jammu region, Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh announced today that the long-awaited Bhaderwah Cable Car (Gondola) project has reached a critical milestone.

Following consistent follow-ups with administrative authorities, the National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML) has officially invited bids for the preparation of the Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the stretch connecting Mathola to Seoj Dhar.

According to the Minister’s update shared via X (formerly Twitter), the contract for the DPR is expected to be awarded by the end of January 2026. Once assigned, the comprehensive study is slated for completion within four months, clearing the path for the physical execution of the work to begin shortly thereafter.

Dr. Singh also expressed his appreciation for MLA Dalip Singh Parihar, noting his persistent efforts in pursuing the project to ensure its realization for the people of Bhaderwah.
