To manage the disruptions, IndiGo has mobilized its airport teams to provide on-ground assistance to travelers currently at the terminals.Passengers are strongly encouraged to monitor their flight status through the airline’s official website or tracking links before heading to the airport. For those whose flights have been impacted, IndiGo is offering its “Plan B” service, allowing travelers to either rebook their journeys or claim a full refund conveniently online.
