Punjab Police and BSF Bust Cross-Border Drug Module, Seize 30.2 Kg Heroin in Ferozepur Major Operation

FEROZEPUR (PUNJAB) — AUGUST 08, 2026 — In a major operational breakthrough against cross-border narco-syndicates, Counter Intelligence Ferozepur, in a joint operation with the Border Security Force (BSF), successfully busted a high-profile drug smuggling network.

During the intelligence-led raid, security forces apprehended two key operatives associated with the network and recovered a massive consignment of 30.200 kilograms of high-grade heroin.
