Southern Army Commander Reviews Operational Preparedness of Konark Corps Along Western Front

Jammu, July 31, 2026 — General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of Southern Command Lieutenant General Rajesh Pushkar visited the Konark Corps to review operational preparedness along the Western Front.

During the visit, senior officers briefed him on operational readiness, infrastructure development, and ongoing capability enhancement initiatives.A display featuring drones, niche weapon systems, and modern platforms highlighted the formation’s focus on technology integration and combat readiness.

The Commander also visited the Additive Manufacturing Hub, commending the Konark Corps for its high state of battle readiness, innovation, professionalism, and dedication to self-reliance in defense capabilities.
