Jaipur Sub Area Conducts Four Day Rear Area Security Exercise Prishth Rakshak

JAIPUR, July 30 — Jaipur Sub Area under the aegis of Sapta Shakti Command conducted a four day Rear Area Security exercise named Prishth Rakshak from July 27 to July 30 to strengthen operational readiness and response capabilities at Jaipur Military Station.

The exercise was carried out in close coordination with civil administration and police, with a Joint Control Centre established at Station Headquarter to direct operations against potential security threats. Key participating stakeholders included the state police, Rajasthan Armed Constabulary, Civil Defence, health officials, fire services, and Indian Railways.

Throughout the four day period, participating agencies validated joint quick responses against simulated terrorist attacks on railway infrastructure, set up a counter drone grid, managed traffic at choke points, established green corridors for military convoys, and activated emergency medical and fire services.

The drill helped test standard operating procedures, reaction mechanisms, and agency interoperability, ensuring faster response times and improved coordination during dynamic operational scenarios.
