Indian Army hosts motivational lecture for NCC cadets in Guntur to highlight career opportunities
GUNTUR, May 31, 2026 :- The Army Recruiting Office Guntur, functioning under the Headquarters Recruiting Zone Chennai, conducted an impactful motivational lecture at the KKR and KSR Akshar Institute of Technology in Yanamadala, Guntur.
The event drew a large gathering of 400 National Cadet Corps cadets who are currently participating in the Annual Training Camp organized by the 25 Andhra National Cadet Corps Battalion. The session aimed to inspire young minds toward a life of honor and dedicated service within the defense forces.
During the lecture, the cadets were provided comprehensive insights into daily life in the Indian Army and the rewarding career paths it offers. The session detailed various avenues to join the force as an officer, alongside a thorough overview of joining through the Agnipath Scheme as an Agniveer.
Special emphasis was laid on preparing for the upcoming Online Common Entrance Examination required for both the Agnipath and Regular Cadre intakes.
Additionally, the speakers guided the cadets on how to navigate the official recruitment portal to explore and apply for active officer entry positions.
