India expresses solidarity with Mali after terror attacks
NEW DELHI, April 28, 2026:-The government of India has formally denounced a series of terrorist strikes that targeted various sites across Mali. In an official communication, India shared its support for the Malian people and offered heartfelt condolences to those who lost loved ones in the violence.
The statement specifically noted the death of Sadio Camara, who served as Mali’s Minister of Defence and Veteran Affairs. India described the loss of the high-ranking official in the terror attack as a significant tragedy and extended sincere sympathies to his family and colleagues.
India remains dedicated to the global fight against terrorism and continues to advocate for security and stability within the region.
The Ministry of External Affairs emphasized that India stands ready to support initiatives that address extremist threats and promote long-term peace.
