Army Chief General Dhiraj Seth Reviews Jammu and Kashmir Security with Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha

SRINAGAR, JULY 07: In a high-level meeting focused on regional stability, the Chief of Army Staff, General Dhiraj Seth, called on Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Lok Bhavan today.

The Lieutenant Governor and the newly appointed Army Chief conducted a comprehensive review of the prevailing security situation across the region, discussing strategic coordination and operational preparedness.

General Seth was accompanied during the security brief by Lieutenant General Balbir Singh, the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Srinagar-based 15 Corps (Chinar Corps), underlining the military’s ongoing commitment to maintaining peace and counter-insurgency readiness in the valley.
