Joint mock drill held at Ransoo Shiv Khori to strengthen security preparedness
REASI, Jul 7: A joint mock drill was conducted at Ransoo, the base camp of the Shri Shiv Khori Temple, by the Jammu and Kashmir Police, Central Reserve Police Force, and Indian Army to assess and enhance coordinated response capabilities during a security contingency.
The exercise focused on the swift mobilization of security personnel, coordinated area domination, civilian safety measures, effective communication, and seamless inter-agency coordination under a simulated emergency scenario. Senior officers from the participating forces supervised the drill, reviewing the response mechanism and operational preparedness of the deployment.
These joint exercises form an integral part of ongoing preparedness measures aimed at strengthening coordination, improving response efficiency, and ensuring a secure environment for residents and visitors.
