Rajouri LPG Cylinder Blast: Three Critically Injured and Shifted to GMC Jammu
RAJOURI, JUNE 07,2026 — A powerful LPG cylinder blast triggered absolute chaos and panic in Kha village of Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district on Sunday, June 7, 2026.
According to local authorities, the explosion occurred after the cooking gas cylinder caught fire inside a residential property. The blast was so intense that it left three people severely burnt. Local residents and emergency services rushed to the scene to rescue the victims, who were immediately taken to a nearby healthcare facility for primary treatment.
Due to the critical nature of their burn injuries, medical professionals have referred all three victims from Rajouri to the Government Medical College (GMC) in Jammu for specialized and advanced care.
