Indian Army Online Combined Entrance Exam 2027 begins for Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand candidates
VARANASI, June 3, 2026 — The Online Combined Entrance Exam for Persons Below Officer Rank for the recruiting year 2027 entered its third day today.
The Headquarters Recruiting Zone for Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand conducted the online exam for more than 1.5 lakh candidates during the first two days of the test, which commenced on June 1, 2026.
The Additional Director General of the Zone, Major General Manish Kumar, visited the Common Entrance Examination Centre at Varanasi to oversee the conduct of the online recruitment process.
During the visit, he reviewed security measures, candidate facility arrangements, and examination procedures to ensure a transparent, fair, and efficient recruitment process.
The visit reaffirmed the commitment of the Indian Army to merit-based selection, technological excellence, and providing a smooth examination experience for aspiring candidates looking to serve the nation.
