Union Home Minister Amit Shah Hails Successful shri Amarnath Yatra, said 4.14 Lakh devotees Visited holy cave of Baba Amarnath

New Delhi 11 August :- Union Home Minister Amit Shah posted a message on X (formerly Twitter) in which he stated, *”ॐ नमः शिवाय!”* and praised the successful conclusion of the holy Amarnath Yatra this year. He highlighted that over 4.14 lakh devotees had the divine opportunity to witness the sacred *Baba Barfani* (ice lingam).

Shah commended the efforts of security forces, the Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board, the Jammu & Kashmir administration, and volunteer organizations for ensuring a safe and smooth pilgrimage. He expressed his appreciation, stating that their contribution was “commendable and unparalleled.”

The Home Minister concluded with a prayer, May Baba Barfani bless everyone with his grace.” The annual Amarnath Yatra, a symbol of India’s unbroken cultural and spiritual tradition, concluded this year with record participation and heightened security measures.
