Jammu and Kashmir Rifles Demonstrate Tactical Warfare Drills at CMM Jabalpur

JABALPUR, June 9, 2026 — The Jammu and Kashmir Rifles Regimental Training Centre conducted a comprehensive tactical demonstration during the Improvised Explosive Device Support Course at the College of Material Management in Jabalpur.

The field exercise aimed to showcase advanced combat readiness and modern warfare strategies to visiting security personnel.The specialized demonstration was witnessed by 43 Central Armed Police Forces officers, who observed detailed ambush and counter-ambush drills.

The training session also highlighted the tactical employment of quadcopters in theater operations and featured an introduction to next-generation weapons, significantly enhancing the participants’ understanding of technology-enabled operations on the modern battlefield.

The joint exercise served to reinforce the ongoing military-civil fusion initiative by promoting interoperability and collaborative knowledge sharing between different security wings.

By aligning the tactical capabilities of the Indian Army and paramilitary forces, the event underscored a unified and integrated approach to strengthening overall national security.
