Jammu power shutdown schedule announced for various areas from June 6 to June 8
JAMMU, JUNE 05 — Chief Engineer of Distribution at JPDCL Jammu has announced a scheduled power shutdown affecting multiple areas on June 6 from 6 am to 11 am, including Main Bazar, Court, Parliwand, Basantpur, Dhanna, Thein, Ward Numbers 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, Taraf Sanji, Jarai, Bhagthali, Bhagthali Industry, Jupiter Aluminium, Chirpal Polyfilms, Kandhari Beverages, and surrounding localities.
On the same day, power supply will also be suspended from 9 am to 3 pm in Shiv Khori, Ransoo, Dadua, Laiter, PHE Sangar, and nearby locations. Additionally, Panthal, Sugal Ghati, Searli, PHE, and Sundrani Trikuta Agro will face outages on June 6 from 8 am to 2 pm, while Central University and its adjoining areas will experience a shutdown on June 7 from 7 am to 10 am.Superintending Engineer of Distribution for the JPDCL O&M Circle Kathua has also detailed specific regional interruptions, stating that Balote, Navodya, Surara, and their neighboring areas will face power disruptions on June 6 from 6 am to 11 am.
Meanwhile, areas including Penthi will experience daily outages from 6 am to 1 pm spanning June 6, 7, and 8. Outages scheduled for June 7 from 6 am to 11 am will impact Old Vijaypur, Vijaypur Industry, Vijaypur town, Bandral, Koulpur, Hospital, Jogpur, Industry, Jatwal, Ghagwal, and connected sectors. Finally, the power supply to Agriculture Sujwan and adjoining areas is scheduled to remain affected on June 8 from 6 am to 12 noon.
