AMBALA, April 12, 2026 — In a significant move to bolster battlefield survivability and disaster response, the Pine Division of the Kharga Corps successfully completed a comprehensive medical training program, empowering 1,000 soldiers with essential Basic Life Support (BLS) skills.
This initiative, driven by the philosophy that every soldier is a lifesaver, ensures that personnel are equipped to handle high-pressure emergencies where every second counts.
The training was spearheaded by Rear Admiral Girish Gupta, NM, VSM (Retd) and a specialized medical team from Graphic Era Hospital.
Through a series of rigorous, hands-on drills, the program transformed the participants into confident first responders.
